This includes three letters of recommendation, a personal essay, a passport sized photograph and proof of citizenship. Please Note: You must fill in all fields on the application form. If a field is not applicable to you, please enter N/A.

Essay

The essay is very important and should be approached conscientiously. Until the interview (if you are selected for one), it is the best way, along with the letters from your referees, for the committee to get a sense of your knowledge base, your interests, and your academic abilities.

Please choose a topic which directly relates to the discipline you are applying to study. The essay should be a 1000 word exploration of this topic. You will be assessed on the depth of knowledge you demonstrate, as well as your written and analytical skills. Feel free to get creative, from the essay we are gauging what you feel passionate about academically and your ability to communicate that passion in an interesting fashion.

Letters of recommendation

Two letters of support from your teachers and one letter from a member of your community must be submitted online with your application.
